There is a strange pressure that comes with knowing you are meant for more.
Once you can see the life you want, it becomes easy to question why you aren’t there yet.
Why hasn’t it happened?
Why is this taking so long?
Why does it feel like I’m doing everything I’m supposed to do and still waiting for something to shift?
But becoming was never meant to be rushed.
There are versions of you that can only be created through the time between asking and receiving. Through the days when you keep showing up without applause. Through the moments when you have to choose faith in yourself without having proof that everything will work out exactly how you imagined.
That space is not empty.
Something is happening there.
You’re learning what deserves access to you.
You’re discovering what you actually want instead of what you thought you were supposed to want.
You’re becoming more intentional with your energy.
And sometimes, you’re being redirected toward something you couldn't have recognized as yours before.
There will be moments when becoming feels beautiful.
There will also be moments when it feels uncomfortable, inconvenient, unfair, or painfully slow.
Both belong to the journey.
So if you're standing somewhere between who you were and who you know you're becoming, don't mistake the uncertainty for failure.
You are still becoming.
Give yourself permission to grow without demanding that every seed become a flower overnight.
Your life doesn't have to look finished for it to be moving forward.
And neither do you.
Journal Reflection:
Where have I been rushing myself lately, and what would change if I trusted that I am still becoming even here?
Affirmation:
I honor the pace of my becoming. I trust what is growing within me, even before I can see the evidence.
