PHOENIX GODDESS SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Every Phoenix Goddess order is prepared and packaged with intention and care. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
Phoenix Goddess products are handcrafted in small batches, and some products may be prepared or finished after an order is placed. Please allow adequate processing time before your order is shipped or prepared for local delivery.
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, carrier transit time, or local delivery time.
Shipping
When shipping is available for your order, shipping rates and available options will be displayed at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery estimates provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed by Phoenix Goddess.
Phoenix Goddess is not responsible for carrier delays or disruptions that occur after an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@phoenixgoddess.co. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.
Local Delivery
Local delivery may be available for eligible orders and locations. Available local delivery options and applicable fees will be shown at checkout.
Customers receiving local delivery are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and any information reasonably necessary to complete delivery.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, please contact hello@phoenixgoddess.co as soon as possible with your order number and photos when applicable.
Eligible order issues will be reviewed according to our Return & Refund Policy.
