Products & Rituals

Phoenix Goddess offers handcrafted body care products and related goods. Because many products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, appearance, and scent may occur between batches. These variations do not affect the intended quality of the product.

Product Use

Phoenix Goddess products are intended for external use only unless specifically stated otherwise. Please review product descriptions and ingredient information before use. We recommend performing a patch test before using a new body care product. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Information provided by Phoenix Goddess is for general product and self-care purposes and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed. Phoenix Goddess reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory issues, or inaccurate customer information.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, delivery, and contact information when placing an order.

Handcrafted Order Preparation

Certain Phoenix Goddess products may be prepared or finished after an order is placed. Processing time is separate from shipping or local delivery time. Estimated fulfillment times are provided when applicable but are not guaranteed.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, all sales are final. Phoenix Goddess does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except where required by law. Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect order concerns are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping & Local Delivery

Shipping and local delivery availability, processing times, and applicable charges are provided during checkout or within our Shipping Policy. Phoenix Goddess is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Gift Cards & Store Credit

Phoenix Goddess gift cards and store credit are subject to any terms presented at the time they are issued or purchased. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Intellectual Property

Phoenix Goddess branding, product names, written content, graphics, photographs, designs, and other original brand materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Changes to These Terms

Phoenix Goddess may update these Terms of Service when necessary. The version available on our website at the time of use or purchase will apply.
